How to book an evening or weekend appointment at the HUB

You can also book an evening or weekend appointment by ringing the practice on: 01484 500759. If you need to book an appointment when the practice is closed then you can ring the free NHS 111 phone line out of normal working hours and they will book an appointment for you if appropriate.

Appointments

We really need to reduce our 'DID NOT ATTEND rate.

Please consider how you feel when you are unable to obtain an appointment with a GP because there are none available.

Patients can help increase the available appointments by cancelling their appointment as soon as they become aware of being unable to attend.

steth_pills_diaryConsultations are by appointment and can be booked in person, online or over the telephone during opening hours.

Urgent cases will always be seen on the day.

Please remember that an appointment is for one person. If other members of your family need to be seen please make separate appointments.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor.

Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.

Chaperones

It is practice policy to offer chaperones during certain examinations and procedures.

Should you wish a chaperone to be present during an examination please speak to the doctor or nurse to facilitate this.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
