Dr Farida Mariam has been a trainee registrar  here at the Junction Surgery for a couple of years. She is very proficient and has a sound understanding of the practice's policies and protocols and we welcome her to the team as our latest member of permanant staff.

We are delighted to welcome our new nurse sister Mildred Ackon to compliment our team. Mildred has been undertaking locum duties for us for a number of months and has a sound understanding of the practice's policies and protocols. Mildred is competent in most areas of nursing and is developing further around respiratory from the new year. 

The practice manager along with her administration team is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Adele is our new reception manager. Adele will mange all areas of reception and patient facing activities including complaints, compliments and patient focus group work.
